Calendar Selection Guidelines

When making a room reservation for your event, you are required to select a calendar to specify where or not your event should be placed on the web master calendar.  Your calendar options are: 


Criteria Guidelines for Community Calendar

  • Event that is for all faculty/staff/student


Examples of Faculty and/or Staff Events

  • HR Trainings
  • LEAD Workshop Trainings
  • Staff Luncheons
  • Faculty Luncheons


Criteria Guidelines for Featured Events:

  • President/Provost event opened to the public
  • Open to the public event with an expected attendance for 50 or more individuals
  • Alumni events that are open to the public and for all faculty/staff/students
  • Military Affairs open to the public with an expected attendance of 50 or more individuals
  • Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting open to the public ceremony
  • Open to the public event with chancellor in attendance

Daily faculty/staff meeting does not need to be on the web master calendar
