The Office of International Affairs (OIA) at Texas A&M University-San Antonio recognizes that the safety of its students is of the utmost importance. In our efforts to uphold the A&M Systems University Rule 13.04.99.01 regarding Student International Travel, the OIA has outlined some procedures for students and faculty who pursue traveling outside the United States.
For additional information please review the travel procedures. Below you will find the link to both the Faculty and Student Travel forms required and that must be submitted.
All forms MUST be submitted to the Ofice of International Affairs at least three (3) weeks prior to your trip abroad. Incomplete forms or missing forms will delay approval for moving forward with the trip plans.
