Admissions Document Submission Guidelines


High School Transcripts

1. Texas High Schools - Submit high school transcript electronically via TREx (Texas Records Exchange) 

2. Out of State High Schools - Mailed directly to Texas A&M University San Antonio 

3. Home Schooled - Mail notarized home school transcript directly to Texas A&M University San Antonio. 

4. GED - Mailed directly to Texas A&M University San Antonio 

 

College Transcripts 

All college/university transcripts should be mailed directly from the sending institution to Texas A&M University San Antonio. 

 

Undergraduate Test Scores 

SAT & ACT: Scores will be accepted via direct transmission from testing agency.

SAT Code: 5996

ACT Code: 5350

 

Graduate Test Scores 

All graduate admissions test score reports will be accepted via direct transmission from testing agency.

Graduate Record Exam (GRE): 6712

Millers Analogies Test (MAT): 3013

Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT): 7B7-9D-05

 

Foreign Credential Evaluation Report  

All foreign credential evaluation reports (course by course or document by document) should be mailed, from one of the five services below, directly to Texas A&M University San Antonio.

3. Global Credential Evaluators, Inc.

Application Fee Waiver Documents 

All application fee waiver documentation must be completed and signed and should be scanned and emailed, as a PDF, to admissions@tamusa.edu.  

 

Enrollment Verification 

All Enrollment Verification documents must be mailed directly from the sending institution to Texas A&M University San Antonio. 

 

Letter of Degree Completion 

All letter of degree completion paperwork must be submitted, via email, to graduateadmissions@tamusa.edu and must come from the student's academic advisor at the degree awarding college/university. 

 

Letter of Degree Awarded 

All letter of degree awarded documentation must be submitted, via email, to gradauteadmissions@tamusa.edu, and must come from an institution official at the degree awarding college/university.

All admissions forms can be found on the Admissions Forms web page. Only forms submitted via the online links, will be accepted.
