Advising

Are you interested in attending Texas A&M University-San Antonio, but you want to speak to someone before applying? Well, you can! Bring a copy of all your transcripts so that an admissions counselor can review. They will go over your transcripts with you, ask what program(s) you are interested in, complete a degree plan with you, inform you what classes you should take before enrolling, and give you as much information as possible.

Admissions counselors are located at our Main Campus, Madla Building, Welcome Center (Room 111) and can meet with prospective students on a walk-in basis. They also alternate between the Alamo Colleges campuses and other surrounding area colleges. If it is more convenient for you to meet with one of our counselors at a community college, please contact the Admissions Office to find out when an admissions counselor will be visiting your college.

If you are a prospective graduate student, please go to the graduate students page, and find the graduate advisor contact information to contact the advisor of the program you are interested in.
