Welcome to ITS Application Services
ITS Application Services, a department under Information Technology Services (ITS) group, was created to assist the University in successfully implementing and maintaining enterprise applications in support of the University's operations and to support the overall mission of the University and ITS.
ITS Application Services engages in small and large-scale projects as well as providing operational support in a daily basis in support of our faculty, staff and students. The goal of the Application Services team is to focus on enhancing administrative processes and procedures and strengthening efficiencies in student services and user satisfaction.
Banner Implementation Project
The Banner Implementation Project is a collaboration between various project participants from Texas A&M University-San Antonio, and Ellucian.
