Class Descriptions

Power Yoga

This class combines Vinyasa-style sequences with phases of static holds seen in Hatha practices to incorporate muscle conditioning and endurance into your own workout. It is designed to help you move deeper into yoga poses and provide opportunities to better your practice. You will leave this class with a clear mind and a sweaty body!

Adaptive Yoga

This class meets your body where it is, including bodies with limited mobility, flexibility and balance. Regardless of age, ability level or experience, you will be offered personalized adaptations of fundamental yoga poses. Each student receives support to enhance and deepen their mind-body connection.

Classes are open to all skill levels from beginners to seasoned veterans. This non-stop party will make you sweat while having a blast! Zumba class combines fast and slow Latin rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

Strong60 & Strong30

This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, lunge, and burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. STRONG60 is an hour long version, and STRONG30 is a 30 minute version. Come to both for a nice mix of HIIT workouts!

Kettlebell AMPD

This class gets heart-pumping music and kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This program uses lightweight kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways, to create a fun, effective full-body workout. Combining the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, this program is a safe and effective workout for all ages and fitness levels.
