Registration is available through JagWire prior to the first day of the term. During this time, you may add or drop courses online. If courses require department permission, you must request permission through your adviser.

Many course sections may have prerequisites which are listed in the school catalog and/or the on-line schedule. Students are responsible for meeting the published prerequisite for each course requested. If you have met the prerequisite, please contact your advisor to override any prerequisites.
New Student Registration
All students who are enrolling at Texas A&M University-San Antonio must attend Orientation prior to registering for courses.
Former students who have not attended Texas A&M University-San Antonio within the past year, must reapply for admissions through ApplyTexas. (You may be required to resubmit transcripts from all colleges/universities attended. Please visit the Office of Admissions website.)
Once the term has begun, registration (adding or dropping) of courses must be completed by turning in an Add/Drop form to the Welcome Center. If the class is closed, you must obtain permission from the instructor and department prior to submitting the Add/Drop form to the Welcome Center.
A Registration Waitlist is a feature which will allow a student to add themselves to a course section that has met the maximum enrollment limit. Students who have selected waitlist from the registration screen will be placed on a queue for the section. Once a seat opens up in the section or the maximum enrollment limit is increased, the student will receive an email notification at his/her official University email account regarding the particular section the student has chosen to waitlist. The student has 24 hours to register for the section. The system will not automatically register the student for the available section.

Tuition and Fees
For information on tuition and fees and billing information, please visit the Student Business Services website.
Failure to pay does not necessarily withdraw you from all classes. Should you decide not to attend you must follow the procedures for withdrawing from the university.
Failure to attend classes does not drop you from classes. You must submit an Add/Drop form to the Welcome Center.
If you do not withdraw properly, you risk receiving grades of F in your courses. You will also be responsible for all course fees, plus any applicable late fees, through the time you complete a total withdrawal.
