Fall Fest

Fall Fest is a community event that is planned by a sponsored student organization. Please join Texas A&M University-San Antonio’s Campus Activities Board (CAB) for the annual Fall Fest! Plenty of fun for the family with free live entertainment. There will be great food, fun games and bounce houses for children. We Need Volunteers

Volunteers are needed, prior to, during, and towards the end of the event. Volunteers will receive a free Fall Fest shirt as well as volunteer credit. If you are a student at Texas A&M University-San Antonio and are interested in volunteering at Fall Fest, please click the link above to fill out the form. Volunteer duties and shifts will be included within the form. 


 

Registration Costs and Deadlines

 Early Bird Food Vendor

Before Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at 5 P.M.
Fee: $100 booth rental
$31 for a health permit 

Please note if you already have a health permit issued, proof of permit must be submitted to wave the $31 fee.

Early Bird Non-Food Vendor 

Before Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at 5 P.M.
Fees: $100 for booth rental

Food Vendor 

Following Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at 5 P.M.
Fee: $150 for booth rental 
$31 for a health permit 

Please note if you have a health permit already issued, proof of permit must be submitted to wave the $31 fee.

Non-Food Vendor 

Following Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at 5 P.M.
Fee: $150

A&M-SA Student Organization Food Vendor 

Fees: $100 for booth rental is waived however, if a student org does not follow through with their Fall Fest Commitment, that organization will be charged a $100 no-show fee for the booth rental.

All Registrations must be received by Monday, October 1st, 2018 at 5 P.M.
