All Students Must Be Enrolled in Duo by 11/2/2020



What’s happening?
On Monday, September 14, 2020, students who are already enrolled in Duo will be required to use Duo when they go to email or OneDrive.

On Monday, November 2, 2020, all students will need to be enrolled in Duo in order to access university email or OneDrive.

What do I need to do?
If you are already enrolled in Duo, you don’t need to do anything. Just be aware that starting 9/14/2020 you will get challenged by Duo when you access university email and OneDrive.

If you are not enrolled in Duo, then enroll in Duo today by clicking on the button above that says “Enroll Here”. You must be enrolled in Duo by 11/2, or you will be unable to access your email and OneDrive.

How do I know if I am already enrolled in Duo or not?
Click on the button above “Enroll Here” and log in with your Jaguar ID.

If you are enrolled, you will get the normal Duo screen with buttons for “Call Me,” “Enter a passcode,” etc. If you are not enrolled, you will be prompted to begin Duo enrollment.
