H-1B Specialty Occupation Works at A&M-SA

The Office of International Affairs is the sole designated office that facilitates immigration matters. Intuitional policies preclude private legal counsel from filing applications on behalf of individuals seeking H-1B sponsorship at Texas A&M - San Antonio.  In order for the OIA to determine an applicant's eligibility for sponsorship, the department seeking to sponsor the beneficiary must complete and submit required forms on behalf of the international visitor. Determination of eligibility will be based on the documentation submitted by the department.
