    • Course Schedule (use Proof of Enrollment)
      • Submit every semester in school
    • Unofficial transcript
      • Submit every semester in school
    • 104R Degree Plan with Advisor Signature
      • One time unless there are changes in your degree plan

State Tuition Reimbursement Program

Note: You must pay up front and will be reimbursed at the end of semester after submitting transcripts showing you’ve maintained at least a 2.0 GPA. You must submit transcripts immediately after the semester is completed!

  • Directions for Application:
    • Use Checklist
    • Submit email to ng.tx.txarng.list.state-tuition-reimbursement-program-trp@mail.mil
    • Subject title of email must state: “[Your Full Name]; FALL 2013 (or current semester); STRP” with attachments from checklist:
      • Completed Application
      • Completed and signed School Notification & Financial Aid Release Form
      • Degree Plan
      • Itemized invoice including charges for tuition, fees & other financial aid amounts received
      • Financial Aid awards such as Pell Grant/FAFSA and GI Bill® CH 33 (when applicable).  Army National Guard Soldiers are to submit FTA Vouchers (if applicable).
      • Class Schedule
        • (use Proof of enrollment)
        • Submit every semester in school
