The Office of Military Affairs assists Veterans and Military family members with various military education benefits. To begin the process of using your education benefits at Texas A&M University-San Antonio, please review the benefit requirements below.

Priority Deadlines

  • Chapter 33 users will need to verify enrollment with the VA. Follow Enrollment Verification Instructions.

  • Get your textbooks today at the bookstore!  Books can be purchased in-person or online on the bookstore webpage. 

    • For Ch.31 students provide your PO number at checkout.

  • You can request enrollment verifications on your jagwire account for military ID renewal, health insurance, etc.

  • Connect with us on JagSync for our events.

 

Submit your documents by:

Summer 2022: May 1, 2022

Fall 2022: July 1, 2022

(Documents will still be accepted after these dates but students will need to pay and be reimbursed if applicable.)

Census Date: Summer 2022

1st 5 week: June 9, 2022.

8 week: June 13, 2022.

10 week: June 21, 2022.

2nd 5 week: July 14, 2022.

(Any changes made to a student's schedule after the census date will change all forms of payments. Contact our office for more information)

The Student Counseling Center

The Student Counseling Center (SCC) provides short-term individual, couples, and group counseling services, consultation, and prevention services that facilitate students’ academic and life goals and enhance their personal growth and well-being. Our staff, of licensed mental health professionals, can work with you as a veteran, active military or dependent to help identify more effective strategies both to cope with difficult situations and achieve goals set with your counselor.
