The Enrollment Services Center is your one-stop resource for student support. We’re here to assist with financial aid, admissions, general enrollment questions, and Student ID services. How do I submit my Bacterial Meningitis record?
Evidence of Vaccination must verify that the vaccination was received during the five year period prior to and no later than 10 days prior to the first day of the semester.
Evidence of vaccination must be submitted through Med+Proctor in one of the following four formats:
- A completed Evidence of Vaccination against Bacterial Meningitis Form. Use this form if you plan to obtain your vaccination somewhere other than your personal physician's office.
- A document bearing the signature or stamp of the physician or his/her designee, or public health personnel (must include the month, day, and year the vaccination was administered).
- An official immunization record generated from a state or local health authority (must include the month, day, and year the vaccination was administered).
- An official record received from school officials, including a record from another state (must include the month, day, and year the vaccination was administered).

What types of financial aid are available?
Texas A&M University–San Antonio offers several types of financial aid to help students afford their education. These include:

Grants – Need-based funds that do not have to be repaid, such as the Federal Pell Grant and Texas Grant.

Scholarships – Awarded based on merit, need or other criteria; students can apply through ScholarshipUniverse.

Work-Study – Part-time job opportunities on or off campus for students with financial need.

Loans – Borrowed funds that must be repaid with interest, including federal student and parent loans.
