The University will close early this Friday, April 3, 2026 for the Holiday weekend. The Academic Advising and Student Success Offices will be closed starting at Noon. Both Walk-In's and Virtual Lobby will close at 11:30 am on Friday, April 3.

Walk-In/Drop-In Advising

Both Walk-In/Drop-In Advising will start Monday, March 16-Friday, April 3(till Noon). Hours are 8 am - 4:30 pm daily. Evening appointments are available upon request, please contact our office at (210) 784-1307. Additional Advising Resources:

Are you an undergraduate student? If so, use this form if you're having trouble registering for a class. An academic advisor will review your request, determine if you need an override, and will email you with your next steps.

If you're a graduate student, you should contact your graduate advisor, listed at the top of DegreeWorks for assistance.

Every Second Tuesday of the Month 5-7pm. Get all of your questions answered that you didn't have time to ask during regular business hours

One-on-One appointments via Zoom, phone or in-person appointments available. Appointments also available after 5pm.
