Deadlines for Graduate Students

Below are several deadlines for Graduate Students who plan to graduate in 2018-2019.

Not all graduate programs require a Graduate Research Project or Thesis.  If you have questions about the requirements for your degree program, please check with your Academic Advisor.

Hardcopies of material (e.g., GRP Final Packages, or Thesis Final Packages) should be delivered to;
Graduate Studies and Office of Research, Central Academic Building, Suite #435.


Graduate Research Projects (GRP) and Theses

Final thesis/GRP packages are due to Graduate Studies and Office Research

December 5, 2018

April 26, 2019

8 week sessions: Due to OGS via email by July 22 for feedback. Final due OGS July 30 by 5:00 pm

10 week sessions:

Due to OGS via email by July 31 for feedback. Final due to OGS August 11 by 5 pm

**Graduate Research Projects and Theses are due the same semester the course is completed. The due date above is set to allow time for the Director of Graduate Studies and Office of Research to review each project and provide feedback in a timely manner. 

Important- ***NEW***Final Thesis/GRP Requirements

Two paper copies of the GRP or Thesis signature page only routed to the Office of Graduate Studies, Provosts Office, CAB 435, and one electronic copy of the entire paper: the required cover page, abstract page, dedication page, and acknowledgement page, the table of contents, paper, references, and vita.
