About the Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with Teacher Certification Program
The Spanish Language Studies Program is the only program in the United States focused on Spanish. It provides a deep understanding of the language and cultural production of Spanish-speaking communities within the US and in Latin America.
We offer:
- A major with a Spanish BA.
- A Major with Spanish Teacher Certification.
- A Spanish minor.
- A Minor in Bilingual Health
Career Opportunities
Students who graduate from the Spanish program are prepared for graduate and professional schools, careers in teaching, health professions, technical and professional writing, editing and publishing, information services and technology, and work with government and non-profit agencies.
