NSA Cyber Defense Education (CDE) Certificate

Texas A&M-SA NSA Cyber Defense Education (CDE) Certificate requirements for students beginning Fall 2023 catalog and beyond

The following 8 courses are required for the NSA CDE certificate. This is based on recertification approval beginning Fall 2023 and the approved mapping of the required knowledge units by the NSA certification authority.

Note 1: Some courses have additional prerequisites that are part of the BAAS IT/IAS degree program.

Note 2: Students who complete the above courses as electives of other degree programs are also eligible for the NSA CDE Certificate.
