Travel Information

Venue

The conference takes place in the Central Academic Building's Vista Room (CAB 402, located on the 4th floor).

Directions from Hotel

The hotel is 11 miles from the university.

From the hotel parking lot, take S New Braunfels Avenue to Inner Circle Drive, turn right onto Research Plaza, left onto S Presa Street, right onto the I-410 Access Road and from there to I-410. From I-410, take Exit 48 toward Zarzamora Street (you should see our Torre de Esperanza on the opposite side of the highway from the exit ramp). Use the turnaround just before Zarzamora to merge onto the eastbound I-410 acces road and turn right onto University Way. From there, turn right onto Jaguar Parkway (but avoid the slip lane!) and then turn left onto Monarch Manor into Parking Lot 2. Parking passes will be provided to attendees via email. A complimentary golf cart keeps a regular route among the parking lots and several locations on campus Monday thru Friday. The Central Academic Building is centrally located (go figure) with large copper doors and a white dome on top.
