About the Faculty Advisory Council

The Faculty Advisory Council (FAC) is a faculty representative body within the university. Its functions include advising and reporting on academic matters vital to A&M-San Antonio. The Faculty Advisory Council represents the entire faculty of the University and advises University administration and the Texas A&M System regarding matters directly related to the academic programs of the institution. The FAC membership consists of faculty members representing the university's three colleges, spanning professional ranks and a range of disciplinary fields of study.
