Middle School Group Tours

For one special week in March, Texas A&M University-San Antonio is hosting guided campus tours designed just for middle school students. Spots are limited to 50 students per group. Visit the event page below for full details and registration information.

High School & College

Bring your class to campus and discover what it means to be a Jaguar. Students will participate in a guided walking tour, learn about academics and student life and gain valuable information about the admissions process.

  • Available Monday–Friday at 11:30 a.m.

K–8 & Community

Middle school and elementary groups are invited to discover Texas A&M University-San Antonio through our self-guided tour experience!

These flexible visits allow younger students to explore campus at their own pace, with teachers and chaperones leading the way. We’ll provide a campus map and helpful tips highlighting some of our favorite Jaguar spots to ensure you make the most of your time here.

Group Tour Frequently Asked Questions

Who can schedule a group tour?

We welcome elementary, middle school, high school, college and community-based organizations interested in visiting Texas A&M University-San Antonio.

When will I receive confirmation for my requested group tour?

After you submit your registration form, our Group Tour Coordinator will respond within 1–2 business days.

Where do I park and/or where do we meet for our tour?

A confirmation email will be sent to your group coordinator with important details, including what to expect on the day of your visit. Please review this email carefully for parking information and arrival instructions prior to coming to campus.

How many students can attend a group tour?

Group sizes vary by tour type, but most visits accommodate 10–50 students. If your group is larger, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Is there a cost to attend a group tour?

No, group tours are free of charge but registration is required!

How far in advance should we request a tour?

We recommend submitting your request at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for coordination.

When are group tours offered?

Tour dates and times depend on your group type and the time of year. Some tours are only offered during the fall and spring semesters. Be sure to review the specific tour category for availability.
