How to Sign Up for Direct Deposit
- Login to Jagwire > Pay Bill and scroll to "Sign Up for Direct Deposit Refunds" under the Your Overview tab.
- Read and agree to the Financial Agreement.
- Enter your bank information, confirm the information and submit.
Helpful Hint: Remember that your debit card number is usually not the same as your bank account number. If you’re unsure, please check with your financial institution to verify.

Deadlines are listed by semesters, to include 16-week term, first 8-week term, second 8-week term and installment plans. You can view the payment deadlines below.
2026 Summer Payment Deadlines
Tuition and Fees will be available on the evening of May 1, 2026

Students who remain unpaid of their Tuition and Mandatory Fees by 5:00 p.m. will be removed from their classes and charged a $363.00 reinstatement fee if deciding to re-enroll. |
Reminder: Friday, May 29th is the LAST day to withdraw from the regular 10-week term and receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees.

NOTE: All students (undergraduate and graduate) who do not make payment or payment arrangements by the FINAL due date may lose their registration.
