Contracts
1. Contracts are released in the order in which you meet eligibility criteria and pay your housing reservation fee. Contracts will not be issued without prepayment verification.
2. Contracts go to the student's email if they are 18 or older. The parent or guardian of the student must sign the contract if the student is under 18.
3. Students must be registered in 12 hours or more by August 4, 2025, to retain their contracts. If a student is not registered or under-enrolled (this includes being on a waitlist for one or more classes as the reason for under-enrollment), they forfeit their housing contract and will be added to the waitlist. If this occurs, housing is not guaranteed.
Roommate Selection/Matching
- Roommate Selection/Matching is not available to students without a signed and executed contract for housing.
- Students will receive an email from RoomSync within 48 hours of signing their housing contract.
- Students will self-select their roommate based on the information provided and available in RoomSync.
- If a student signs their contract on or after June 30th or does not make their roommate selection, Housing staff will place the student based on the information in RoomSync regarding preferences and compatibility.
