Rec Sports offers

JagFit Group Classes

Rec Sports Offer Group Fitness each semester 

Fall 25 Group fitness Classes 

Includes 

Meditation Class 

Monday - Thursday 1 pm - 2 pm 

Hip Hop Dance Class 

Monday - Wednesday 2 pm - 3 pm Tuesday - Thursday 4 pm - 5 pm 

Jaguar Striking Arts Class

Monday - Wednesday 4 pm - 5 pm Tuesday - Thursday 3 pm - 4 pm 

All Classes are located in Madla 134 (Fitness Studio)

Equipment Orientation

Rec Sports offers the following

Equipment Orientation for the Fitness Center

This orientation consists of a Fitness Center Tour and an introduction session. Staff/Faculty need to have a Rec Sports Membership to utilize this JagFit Program. 

This orientation occurs once a month, on the first Wednesday of each month, until December. 

Two designated sessions will happen throughout the day.

Every Step Counts

Leaderboard & Stats Tracking

The highest step count Wins 

Winner's prize is customized Jagfit Gear. 

Challenges start on August 25 and end on December 15 at midnight.

JagFit Trials

Rec Sports JagFit will be having Specific Events through the Fall 25 

Event Theme - 

JagFit Trials

September - November 

September 11, 1-5 pm

To have your fitness tested in various activity 

Participants will have a Leaderboard to compete in. 

JagFit Exclusive Gear will be the winning prize for events.
