Who is Enrollment Management?
The mission of the Enrollment Management Division at Texas A&M University-San Antonio is to serve students from the time they consider attending the University all the way to graduation and beyond. The Enrollment Management Division consists of several departments, including Admissions, the Welcome Center, Financial Aid, and Registrar.

Meet the Teams

Admissions
The Admissions Department provides information to prospective students about enrolling at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. Additionally, the Admissions team processes applications and provides special recruitment events throughout the year to help students in their pursuit of becoming Jaguars.

Welcome Center
The Welcome Center is the "front door" of the University and is usually the first place that students visit when starting their journey at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. The Welcome Center is the University’s one-stop location for providing new and current students with answers to anything enrollment-related.

Financial Aid
The Financial Aid department serves new and current students in the process of paying for college. Nearly 98% of all students receive some form of financial aid, including grants, scholarships, federal work-study, and public or private loans.

Registrar
The Registrar team works with the academic offices, faculty, and staff to provide course scheduling, process grades, facilitate class registration, and much more! In addition, the Registrar leads the annual Fall and Spring graduation ceremonies.
