Intellectual Wellness

Intellectual Wellness

Intellectual wellness involves striving for life-long learning, participating in creative activities, and developing strong critical thinking skills. Being open to new perspectives and experiences also falls under this umbrella. Getting enough sleep at night and regular relaxation exercises can also improve concentration and focus during the day.
Intellectual Wellness

Individuals can increase their intellectual wellbeing by:

  • Taking a fun class
  • Reading a new book
  • Joining an academic club
  • Starting a craft or art project
  • Going to a library or museum
  • Completing a puzzle or strategy game
