Class Descriptions


This is a bodyweight only, high-intensity full-body workout with energizing music! This class experience includes a warm-up and cool-down plus the following 4 quadrants as blocks of work: IGNITE (strength exercises like squats, lunges, planks to prep the muscles). Get ready to sweat!

Kettlebell AMPD

This class gets heart-pumping music and kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This program uses lightweight kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways, to create a fun, effective full-body workout. Combining the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, this program is a safe and effective workout for all ages and fitness levels.


AMPD Resistance

AMPD Resistance takes great music and combines it with simple resistance band movements to create a fun, effective total body workout that is safe for all fitness levels. Resistance bands are a simple yet effective training tool. Lightweight, portable and fun to use, resistance bands offer many great benefits and when you add music the workout gets AMPD up even more!!

AMPD Burn 

AMPD Burn takes Barre inspired movement, together with great music, to a whole new level! This program delivers a hybrid workout – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of strength training – that is low impact, full body and accessible to all fitness levels.

AMPD Power Flow

AMPD Power Flow takes yoga-inspired movements combined with kettlebells and resistance bands to create an amazing, low-impact strength training workout for all levels and abilities. We use the rhythm, speed, and phrasing of fun music to keep class participants on the same pace and create an inspiring and energetic experience. AMPD Power Flow blends strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility into one full body workout that you are sure to love!

Street Conditioning

This class focuses on full body muscle group exercise through low to moderate exercises. Street Conditioning is designed to target the entire body, utilizing a variety of traditional, functional, and strength training tools such as: weighted bar, dumbbell ,free weights, and sandbag. Join us for a quick 30 minute burn!

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a mix of aerobic, strength training, and speed elements. This class consists of interval training from bursts of high intensity to low intensity. Come ready to work!

Sculpt & Tone

This class works to target specific areas of the body to increase endurance and flexibility. Through resistance and body weight exercises, you will be sure to start toning up!
