Class Descriptions


This is a bodyweight only, high-intensity full-body workout with energizing music! This class experience includes a warm-up and cool-down plus the following 4 quadrants as blocks of work: IGNITE (strength exercises like squats, lunges, planks to prep the muscles). Get ready to sweat!

Bedtime Restorative Yoga

This gentle practice is a great remedy to anyone feeling stress, anxiety or tension in the mind or body. Use this relaxation practice to decompress and prepare for a good nights rest. Wear something comfy!


Classes are open to all skill levels from beginners to seasoned veterans. This non-stop party will make you sweat while having a blast! Zumba class combines fast and slow Latin rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

Kettlebell AMPD

This class gets heart-pumping music and kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This program uses lightweight kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways, to create a fun, effective full-body workout. Combining the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, this program is a safe and effective workout for all ages and fitness levels.


AMPD Resistance

AMPD Resistance takes great music and combines it with simple resistance band movements to create a fun, effective total body workout that is safe for all fitness levels. Resistance bands are a simple yet effective training tool. Lightweight, portable and fun to use, resistance bands offer many great benefits and when you add music the workout gets AMPD up even more!!

Vinyasa Flow

This class dynamically flows from pose to pose utilizing the breath. Each position complements those that precede and follow. This practice focuses on the synchronization of breath & the continuous flow of movement. This endurance building class will melt away stress and increase your mental focus.
