Sun Salutations Yoga

Find alignment of your body with traditional ashtanga yoga. Use this practice to honor your body strength, wake up, and prepare for the day.

Mindful Meditation

Warm-up for a guided meditation with intuitive mindful movements for the first half of the class, then explore different forms of meditation that will leave you feeling refreshed, calm and light.

Power + Peace

Reclaim your strength and harmony with a Yin & Yang style yoga practice where the first half of the class is a Yang (power) flow and second half of class is Yin (peace) slow flow.

Hatha Foundations Yoga

In this class, foundational postures are practiced and explored to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Yin Yoga

Destress from the week with Yin Yoga. This class starts with a slow flowing movement to get the body warm and the mind focused. Yin poses, passive stretches, prepare the body for stillness by releasing deep-rooted tension.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a series of postures connecting breath and movement in a dance-like rhythm. This is an energetic practice promoting strength and endurance. Come ready to challenge yourself during this practice. All levels welcome!

Zumba

Classes are open to all skill levels from beginners to seasoned veterans. This non-stop party will make you sweat while having a blast! Zumba class combines fast and slow Latin rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

Strong60 & Strong30

This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, lunge, and burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. STRONG60 is an hour long version, and STRONG30 is a 30 minute version. Come to both for a nice mix of HIIT workouts!

Body Combat

This class is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

Kettlebell AMPD

This class gets heart-pumping music and kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This program uses lightweight kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways, to create a fun, effective full-body workout. Combining the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, this program is a safe and effective workout for all ages and fitness levels.

AMPD Resistance

AMPD Resistance takes great music and combines it with simple resistance band movements to create a fun, effective total body workout that is safe for all fitness levels. Resistance bands are a simple yet effective training tool. Lightweight, portable and fun to use, resistance bands offer many great benefits and when you add music the workout gets AMPD up even more!!
