How to Submit an Alternate Format Request

In this video, you will learn how to submit an alternative format request.

Please note, a request for Faculty Notification Letters or

FNL must be completed before submitting an alternative format request.

Visit our website and then select “Log Into AIM.”

Select “Student and Staff,” sign in.

On the left side under accommodations,

select “Alternative Formats.”

Select “Upload Receipt” in the upper right hand corner.

Students will need to upload the file and label the receipt with the correct class.

Then the student should select “Upload Receipt.”

The student should upload all receipts before continuing to the next step.

Once all receipts have been uploaded, select “Overview.”

Students should complete the information requested under reading material.

This will include class name,

reading material title,

ISBN number, publisher, author and edition.

Students will have the opportunity to receive

their file as one book or broken up into chapters.

Students should specify in the note section their choice.

Once the information is provided, select “Submit Request.”

Repeat this form for each book needed.

Students can log into aim to review the status of the request.

Books will be delivered to the student through email from We transfer.

The links will expire seven days after the file has been sent.

Students with open request should check

their Jaguar email regularly so as not to miss the email.

Files should be saved to a safe location.

If a student loses a file,

the office will send the file again as a one-time courtesy.

Please note the book will not be released until proof of obtainment has been provided.
