Inquiries and Emails
- Standard Timeframe: 1-2 business days
- Peak Periods (e.g., payment deadlines, refunds): Up to 3 business days
Processing
- FAFSA: 3-5 business days to receive files
- eTASFA: 3-5 business days to receive files
- TASFA Awarding: 7-10 business days from submission
- Verification Documents: 5-7 business days from the most recent submission
- SAP Appeals: 5-7 business days from the most recent submission
- Professional Judgement Appeals (PJs): 5-7 business days after all documents are submitted.
Loans
- Direct Loans: 7-10 business days from acceptance (ensure EC/MPN is completed)
