School Partner Resources
Early College & Academic Partnerships coordinates Dual Credit and Early College High School partnerships at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. School counselors, program staff, and leaders should contact our office first with partnership questions or university requests. We will coordinate with the appropriate university team.
Planning Courses and Pathways
Contact our office to plan course offerings, review a pathway, or request a change to a course or schedule. Share your school’s goals and anticipated student needs. We can also help you review Dual Credit Transfer Guides for students considering A&M-San Antonio after high school.
Preparing Students to Enroll
Work with your partnership contact on university application questions, enrollment updates, and timelines. Your school should communicate its own eligibility rules, course options, and deadlines to students and families.
Supporting Students During the Term
Contact our office about account or course access issues, student support needs, or concerns requiring school and university coordination. Resources may include tutoring, the library, advising, disability support, counseling, and technology assistance. We can explain what is available and help connect students with the appropriate office.
Students should ask instructors directly about assignments, exams, and grades. Contact our office if a concern remains unresolved or the school needs help coordinating a response.
Student Records and Family Questions
Direct families with university program questions to our office. Before we can discuss a student’s individual college record with a parent or guardian, a student-completed FERPA release naming that person must be on file with the university.
Visits and Partnership Questions
Contact our team to discuss a campus visit, student presentation, or new or expanded partnership. We can help coordinate the next steps.
