I’m ACCEPTED! Now what?
First, CONGRATULATIONS and welcome into the Jaguar family, we can’t wait to have you be a
part our transfer community! Your next steps will be finding an orientation path that best suits your
needs - you can fulfill your orientation requirements by attending an in-person orientation or by
completing online modules.
In-Person orientation is a half day experience, that will you lead you through getting a campus
tour, your university ID, watching our state mandated videos, meeting with an academic advisor,
registering for classes and talking with professionals through your options for how you will be
paying for college. This is a great option for those who want to be first-day ready in one, half-day
experience, this also benefits those who would prefer to be walked through each step with a
professional by their side.
Online Modules are a two hour process of watching a series of videos to fulfill your orientation
requirements. Following your modules you will reach out to advising to get registered for classes and
meet with the appropriate office if you have questions regarding paying for college. This option
benefits those who would like to do this on their own time and are confident completing tasks
independently, this option allows students to complete tasks across a longer time period if needed.
