Please join us for a special event designed just for incoming transfer students, Jaguar Transfer Assemblies! This event provides new transfer students with the opportunity to meet university staff and faculty, as well as other transfer students from within your major! You'll also get to explore the unique programs on our campus that will help make your transfer journey a success. A&M-San Antonio is a proud transfer-celebrating campus and welcomes you with open arms!

We're excited to welcome you to campus! Here's what you can expect during the Jaguar Transfer Assembly:
Optional Sessions (2:15 PM - 3:30 PM)
- 2:15 PM - 3:15 PM: Jagwire Navigation Session - Learn how to use our student portal, Blackboard, and other important platforms you'll use as a student.
- 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Campus Tour - Explore our beautiful campus!
- 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Registration Check-Up - Get help checking on any holds or required checklist items for registration.
Official Event (Starting at 3:30 PM)
- 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Check-In - Pick up your materials and get ready for the event!
- 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Welcome - Hear from university leaders and get ready to join the Jaguar Family!
- 4:30 PM - 5:15 PM: Resource Fair - Connect with representatives from various campus departments and learn about the resources available to you.
- 5:15 PM - 5:30 PM: Mixer - Meet fellow transfer students and make new connections!
- 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Student & Staff Panel - Hear from current students and university staff about their experiences and advice for transfer success.
- 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Dinner - Enjoy a meal and continue connecting with your fellow transfer students, faculty, and staff.
