To ensure a consistent and professional representation of A&M-SA, we encourage all faculty, staff, and students to use the official A&M-SA PowerPoint template for internal and external presentations. This template offers a variety of slide styles to suit your needs. Examples of these styles are shown below. Download the template using the link provided. Once downloaded, open the template and navigate to "Layout" under the "Design" tab to explore the available slide styles.
Creating Your Own Materials
Save time and maintain brand consistency with our pre-designed Canva templates. Easily adapt these templates for flyers, fact sheets, TV displays, and other materials, ensuring your communications align with university standards. All of these can be accessed using an A&M-SA Canva account. If you are a faculty or staff member who does not have access to these services, please contact ITS.

Streamline your event promotion with our ready-to-use, university-branded flyer templates. To obtain approval for campus posting, submit your finished design via the Strategic Communications Request Form. Ensure you've reviewed our submission information.
TV Displays
Using our ready-made, university-branded Canva templates, create impactful TV displays for academic programs and events. After reviewing the submission guidelines on our info page, submit your finalized graphics through the Strategic Communications Request Form.
JagSync Covers
Utilize our pre-sized, university-branded templates to create effective JagSync covers for your academic programs and events. Keep your designs simple and compelling to encourage student engagement.
Fact Sheets
These sheets provide a simple yet effective way for students and staff to promote academic programs and events. Designed with consistent university branding, these single or double-sided one-pagers serve as a great starting point.
