Everyone is Having Fun in the Sun – Why Don’t I?
Do you experience a pattern of low mood setting in when summertime comes rather than the fun in the sun that others seem to be enjoying? Although Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) occurs mostly in the winter, a few instead experience those feelings during the summer months. This is sometimes referred to as "Reverse SAD". Time spent indoors avoiding heat and humidity, disrupted sleep schedules, and late nights could lead to the struggles that those with Reverse SAD often experience. Join us for this 15-minute webinar and we’ll share research-supported strategies to boost your mood.

June is Men's Health Month
June is Men’s Health Month — a reminder that your health matters. A recent survey by the Prevent Cancer Foundation shows that many men are missing important chances to catch cancer early, when it's most treatable:
- 65% of men are behind on at least one routine cancer screening.
- 33% feel stressed about waiting for screening results.
- 21% aren’t scheduling their own doctor’s appointments — some rely on a loved one to do it.
- 51% of men age 45+ say learning about at-home colorectal screenings helps them feel more ready to take action.
- 36% would be more likely to get screened if the process were faster.
- Many men find it easier to keep up with car maintenance or bank statements than their health.
Taking time for yourself and your health means more days ahead and more time with the people who matter most. Find the screenings that are right for you at Finding Cancer Early Leads to Better Outcomes.

Like the rest of our body, our brain ages; slowing down, becoming less adaptable, affecting our memory and judgement. Join this webinar to learn the importance of brain health, lifestyle habits to help reduce the risk of cognitive decline, as well as decrease the risk for dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
