Commuter Resources at A&M-San Antonio

Texas A&M University-San Antonio defines commuter students as a students who lives in anywhere other than university-owned housing. This includes students who live with family in the nearby San Antonio area or students who live independently in off-campus housing. No matter the case, we are here to help. Welcome to the Commuter Lounge!

We know campus life looks a little different when you commute — that’s why this space was designed with you in mind. Located in the Central Academic Building, the Commuter Lounge provides a dedicated space for students who travel to campus. The Commuter Lounge offers a cozy spot to study, eat, or meet up with friends between classes. Take advantage of the free Wi-Fi, comfy seating, and microwaves that make your day easier.

Didn't bring your lunch? No problem, visit our Dine on Campus site to see what is open. You can also invest in a Commuter Student Meal Plan by going to JagWire > Student Services > Student Resources > GET Funds.

Extended Hours

We get it, juggling classes and getting everything sorted is a lot. That's why we're making it easier for you! Get all your questions answered and tasks checked off your list in one convenient evening. The following offices are staying open late until 7pm on the 2nd Tuesday of every month:
