Requesting Accessible Classroom Furniture
Students should discuss accessible furniture needs during the intake process. Requesting furniture can take up to two weeks, and requests are completed on a first-come, first-served basis.
To request accessible furniture, students should contact the assigned case manager directly. In the request, be sure to include:

Section ID

Day(s) and time(s) the class meets

Building name and room number

Type of furniture requested (e.g., adjustable table, ergonomic chair)

Exact location where you sit in the classroom (e.g., front row, second seat from the left)
Providing this information will help ensure that the correct furniture is placed in the right location before the start of class.
